How we work.

Getting a Quote

The more information we have upfront, the more accurate your quote will be.  If you have images please email them to us along with a description of the project, or email them then drop us a line.

We are going to need to know:

1.       If you have a model.

2.       What the model is made of.

3.       If you do not have a model, are we going to make it from your design or do you need us to design it. (whatever “it” is)

4.       In which material do you see the finished product?  This is important because each material uses a different mold material.

5.       What kind of quantity do you need? Don’t worry it is OK to say one, we will make just one.

6.       How soon do you need it? Our average turnaround on mold and casting is 4 to 6 weeks but larger projects can take months.  Let us know where you need to be.

7.       And of course where you are located and where is the final product going?

Placing an Order

No two jobs are alike but here are the basics:

1.       Once we receive your model or final design we will update the estimate.

2.       Once we have confirmed the pricing and schedule with you, we will put the order in our system and send you and formal quote and request for deposit.

3.       We require a 50% deposit on all orders balance do on completion.

4.       We accept all major credit cards as well as checks and cash.

5.       We will give you an estimated completion date at the time of the order, the key word is estimated, we will do our best but good sculpture takes time.

6.       Some jobs need multiple approvals during the process; we ask that you make those approvals or corrections timely as to keep the process moving.

7.       Once the piece is completed and approved we will ship to your final shipping location.

Shipping and other Stuff

1.       We can and will ship anywhere in the world that our government will let us.

2.       Most items are shipped foam encapsulated, in double wall cardboard boxes; we have found this method of shipping extremely effective.   If you want to save a few bucks and ship in bubble pack or foam peanuts (the foam peanuts are actually good for some things) we will do as you wish.   We hope that after all the work we have done you respect our packing wishes, we will always do what is best.

3.       We love UPS but if you have a preferred shipper let us know.

4.       Will we drop ship? Sure we will.

5.       We will store finished goods, molds and models for a limited time.  Once that time is up we will ship to you freight collect or make arrangements for a local storage facility.
